Hi, my name is Yun-Ju :) I'm an oil pastel landscape artist from Taiwan.

I started Draw Beyond the Horizon to follow my dream — to draw and go beyond the horizon, meet people through my art, and capture the beauty of our world with my favorite medium, oil pastels.

Your mail will be carefully and joyfully sent from Taiwan via International Air Mail ✈️. It will travel across the horizon by plane to your country and then be delivered to you by your local postal service 💌.

To keep art mail affordable and accessible for everyone, we send all orders via standard international air mail without tracking 💌

Please don’t worry — each mail is carefully prepared and thoughtfully sent from Taiwan, and will be safely delivered by your local postal service ✨

Refunds are available if your art print, bookmark, or sticker arrives visibly damaged. Minor dust, marks, or wear on the outer mailing envelope during transit are normal and are not considered damage. Thank you so much for your understanding! ✨💌

Of course ❤️ You’re welcome to order multiple or different mails in a single order. Please note that each mail will be carefully packed and sent in its own individual airmail envelope ✨ This means they may arrive separately, and you might receive them one by one 💌

Refund and Return Policy

A refund can be processed under the following two conditions:

1. Lost in transit (undelivered mail)
If your mail hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time (2–4 weeks), it may be delayed in transit 💌 Please allow three additional business weeks for it to arrive.

If it still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time (2–4 weeks) plus an additional three business weeks (7 weeks in total), it may have been lost in transit :(

Once your art mail has been dispatched and handed over to the postal service, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind, as international return shipping can be difficult and costly.
